Sending Payment via Check

Rules for Payment via Check

• HOA fees must be paid once a month.
  
• Payment is due no later than the 10th of the month.
  
• If payment is not submitted (or postmarked) before the 10th, you will incur a $50 late payment fee.
  
• If you want to use your bank’s bill pay feature (instead of writing a check), submit the following form. We will provide you with our bank’s routing and account number.

• Include your building number on the memo line.
  Example: 221A
  
• Checks must be made payable to:
  Parkland Terrace Condominium Association
  
• Send checks to the following address:
